The National Mentoring Program blog supports mentoring among paramedic and EMS service management and leaders.

The National Mentoring Program is an initiative of the Paramedic Chiefs of Canada. The aim of the program is to match experienced leadership with up and coming leaders in paramedic services. This supports growth among paramedic leaders in Canada. The program is open to all PCC members who are paramedic leaders.

For PCC members who want to read more on the program, follow this link to the official program site.

Mentoring relationships can provide growth opportunities for both participants. Whether you are a mentor or a mentee, looking to get involved or examining how to improve your leadership skills, this blog will provide you with tools and ideas for growth as a paramedic services leader.
